Hello, my name is Kristin Bowers. I run Little Bird Advising and Little Bird Farm. My journey in both the corporate world and with my equine business is fueled by a passion for the horse industry and a commitment to helping others succeed. Upon moving to our farm in Scotts Mills, Oregon, I saw a need for a beginner horseback riding instructor within our community and quickly built a thriving riding program, Little Bird Farm. This experience taught me the power of determination, community support, and effective business strategies tailored to the unique needs of the equine services industry.

With over 15 years of experience in corporate roles across Accounting, Operations, Marketing, and Human Resources, I have developed a reputation for process efficiency, strategic development, and strong professional relationships. My educational background includes an MBA in Marketing Strategy, a PHR certification, and a Bachelor's in Business Management.

Through Little Bird Advising, I merge my corporate expertise with my entrepreneurial spirit to support and elevate service-based horse businesses. I understand the unique challenges faced within the equine industry and am dedicated to helping fellow equine business owners thrive.
